Bubble Fizz Party Cancellation Policies
1. Cancellation Deadline:
We understand that plans may change. To cancel or reschedule your bubble experience, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled booking time via email (info@thebubblefizz.com) or phone (469-231-7148). We do not accept cancellation or reschedule requests via social media or other platforms.
Bubble Fizz will confirm the receipt of cancellation or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of receiving the request. This allows us to accommodate other customers and make necessary arrangements.
2. Rescheduling:
Customers may request to reschedule their bubble party booking without penalties if the request is made at least 7 days before the original party date, subject to availability. Bubble Fizz reserves the right to deny rescheduling requests based on availability and other factors.
3. Refund or Credit:
Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline may result in a partial refund or credit towards a future booking, at the discretion of Bubble Fizz.
4. Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will not incur any cancellation fees, and you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days to 24 hours of the scheduled booking time may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds, and the full booking amount will be charged.
Any refunds will be processed within 3 days of the cancellation request and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
5. No-Show Policy:
Failure to show up for the scheduled bubble party without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment, and no refund or credit will be issued.
6. Weather-related Cancellations:
In the event of severe weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of the bubble party, Bubble Fizz will work with customers to reschedule the party at no additional cost or offer a refund or credit.
7. Exceptions:
Bubble Fizz understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of emergencies, serious illnesses, or other exceptional situations, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
8. Deposit Policy:
For large group bookings or special events, a non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required upon booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs outside the cancellation deadline.
9. Group Bookings:
For group bookings or large events, different cancellation policies may apply. Please inquire for specific details.
